Message	could posible be a leaking o ring on the injector that was fixed. it will clear up when at high rpm and foul out at idle. First thing to check is oil level. if it overfull could be from fuel. second pull spark plug out of cylinder after you have it doing symptom. if the plug wet it's leaking. I've seen guys try to use old orings and get this result.
